Lower Blood Glucose without side effects

I was diagnosed with severe diabetes in year 2002. I was given Glucophage and have been taking that regularly ever since. However, much to any disappointment my sugar level has not improved much. In 2005, I was diagnosed with cataract as a result of my diabetes. My renal functions also gone down dramatically and it affected my cholesterol and uric acid readings. I was advised to go on Dbethics from a family friend and took it on good faith for the past 4 months. To my surprise, my insulin levels stabilized and I feel much better now.
